We buy from anywhere and everywhere! We travel all over the US to scour garage sales, thrift stores, flea markets, vintage shops, antique stores, buyouts of large and small personal collections, rag houses, and estate sales. We also search online and buy from several professional vintage pickers.
Yes, all items are cleaned, laundered, and repaired before they leave the warehouse.
Once items arrive in stores they are inspected by Hot House employees. Clothing is then steamed/ ironed and placed on the racks.
ONLINE PURCHASE
Hot House Market will accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise that is accompanied by an original sales receipt. Hair accessories, jewelry, shoes and charm bar items are final sale. Original price tag MUST be attached. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns. For items returned within 7 days from receiving item, the original method of payment will be refunded.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
IN STORE PURCHASE
Our Hot House Market stores will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise that is accompanied by an original sales receipt. The original price tag MUST be attached to issue a refund. For items returned within 3 days from the date of purchase, the original method of payment will be refunded. For items returned from 4 – 14 days from the date of purchase, a Merchandise Credit/Gift Card will be issued for the price paid. Merchandise that is NOT complete with original tags, and/or does not have the original sales receipt, or has been purchased outside of the 14 day window, will not be accepted for return. Hair accessories, jewelry, shoes, and home decor items are final sale.
Our stores are restocked twice a week with hundreds of new items!
No, unfortunately we do not hold items for future purchase. Items can be purchased via DM through instagram or email and can be picked up in store at your convenience. Shipping can also be arranged.
Yes! However, items on our website are ONLINE EXCLUSIVELY & items in our stores are IN-STORE EXCLUSIVELY.
While you can find similar styles both online and in store, you can not visit our store and then find an item you liked on the website and vice versa.
Yes, they are in excellent condition. All vintage records are inspected and cleaned to ensure the best playback quality.
